Q: I'm a member, but when I try to access content I still get the landing page.
A: Log into your members page and logout. Then you should be able to login again at the frontpage or content area. Sometimes the website may log you out before security software does, or if you have closed your browser and reopened it, your session may have been deleted by the website.

Q: What is Your Virtual Coaches?
A: Your Virtual Coaches is a subscription site providing training, tools and techniques to help you improve your efficiency.  It is primarily focused on helping individuals achieve more with less effort, but it also extends to teams.

Q: What is the difference between free and premium membership?
A: Free membership allows very basic access to limited content, and the ability to post reviews.  Premium membership allows full access to all content on the site including articles, videos and the forums.

Q: Do you provide other types of personal efficiency training?
A: Yes.  This site has been developed by a company called Business Success that has a formal training program called the "Workplace Efficiency Program".  This training includes programs for Individuals, Teams and Leaders.  Participants of this training get access to this site for additional support.

Q: How long have you been online?
A: We have been providing efficiency training and coaching since 2007. 

Q: Why did you build this site?
A: Since 2007, the clients of Business Success have requested that they get access to the productivity tools provided during coaching sessions.  These constant requests have brought about the developement of this site.

Q:  What's is the monthly money back guarantee?
A: If in the current month, you are not happy with the content you have received, for any reason, you can cancel your account and request a refund and we will send you a refund of a one month subscription fee to your paypal account. In order to receive a refund, you must request a refund with your cancellation and provide your username and paypal email with your request.

Q: If I cancel my account can I continue?
A: Yes, you can.  

Q: Can I change my paypal payment method?
A: After logging into paypal, stay under the Account tab, go to History, Basic Search.  You will see a table with a list of transactions.  Click on Details on the one for which you want to change payment info.  You will see a screen come up with Transaction Details. At the top you will see Subscription Payment Sent, and then a clickable link labeled “In reference to” and then a long number.  Click on that number and you will be taken to a Subscription Details screen.  You will see several boxes where you can choose or change your payment option.

Q:  I have attended other Personal Efficiency Training courses.  Will I benefit from a membership to your site?
A: Yes, the tools available are unique and will certainly enhance any training you may have received in the past.  Register for the Free membership and see for yourself.

Q: I have found some tools that are free on the Internet.  Why should I join your site?
A: Yes there are many tools available on the Internet for free.  However normally these tools do not come with detailed instructions on how get the most from their use.  Most of our clients find it very useful to know that they can come to Your Virtual Coaches and know that a tool is available without have to extensively search the Internet.
