- Discussing complaints

Procrastination chews up a lot of time. In today’s day and age, that is opportunities that are lost. The results of procrastination are:

What we can do to reduce our procrastination:
- Use your job description as a guide
- Don’t put off dealing with problems
- Learn to say not if it is not your responsibility
- Delegate tasks based on ability to perform them
- Use the support of our team
- Is it really that urgent?
- Do a thorough job on a report
- Is that meeting absolutely necessary?
- Do unpleasant tasks first
- Praise employees for a job well done
